What kind of people work with Sierra Solutions?

 

The kind of people that work with Sierra Solutions are as different and diversified as our travel destinations! The primary reason for this is because Sierra Solutions recruits Independent Distributors from the areas we are currently involved in when we conduct our direct sales business. Recruiting ads are generally run in local newspapers, various weekly publications, over the airwaves of popular radio stations and most recently Facebook™ promotions. We also allow active Independent Distributors to hire people by "word of mouth."

The type of individual that Sierra Solutions is interested in recruiting to work as an Independent Distributor must be free to travel the entire continental United States on a random itinerary and be free to be away from their hometown or city for at least three months at a time. In addition to being free to travel, and although no sales experience is required, the individual must feel comfortable meeting with people on a "one-on-one" basis. And, because we travel as a company, we also require that our Independent Distributors are able to get along with a large and diverse group of people, as well as have a desire to be a team player.

Because of the nature of our business, we are also looking for people who realize that life is not a free ride and that if something is worth having, it's worth working for. Other traits that are required are a neat and clean personal appearance, honesty, cheerfulness, desire, pride, and the ability to keep and maintain a good, strong, powerful, positive mental attitude. Sierra Solutions recruiters do not discriminate against anyone for their age, race, religion, sex, or sexual orientation.

The fact of the matter is that in our nations current economic climate, there are a limited amount of job and career opportunities available (especially for younger people). Sierra Solutions takes pride in offering opportunity for anyone who meets our basic aforementioned qualifications and is willing to work. It's possible for anyone that starts off working in our business as a "door to door" salesperson, to work their way on up to the top and eventually earn their own "Distributorship".

As a customer you might come in to contact with one of our very sharp and experienced representatives that truly daze you with their sparkling personality and quick wit, or you might meet one of our "trainees" that obviously needs a little more training and experience. If you do happen to meet one of our sales staff that is a little "rough around the edges", we would like to take this opportunity to remind you that direct sales is not the easiest job in the world. Pretty much everybody was new at something at one time or another in their life and there is certainly no substitute for experience. We can assure you that we are constantly engaged in ongoing daily training meetings and seminars aimed at improving the quality and professionalism of our sales staff.

In other words, the individual who represents our company and products, who approaches our customers at their residence or place of business, could easily be a free-spirited, 35-year-old retired member of the U.S. military who enjoys our company lifestyle and has decided to make a career out of it, or a persistent 18-year-old college co-ed, who is working with us over the summer to make some extra money and enjoy the travel opportunities that our company provides.

One thing is for sure! The majority of our Independent Distributors have an excellent track record for leaving a lasting and positive impression on our customers!
